Purchasing farmland may be out of reach\, especially for someone still building a customer base\, equipment inventory\, and farm income. \nLeasing can provide another route. It lets a farmer start using land without the immediate cost of buying property. However\, a lease works best when both the farmer and landowner understand what they are agreeing to from the beginning. \n\n\nFarming on Leased Land Webinar Covers Lease Agreements\nThis webinar covers strategies for finding farmland to lease\, best practices for lease agreements\, and ways landowners can connect with farmers looking for land. \nA good farmland lease involves more than agreeing on rent.
