Sevier County Master Gardener Intern Class Begins

What to expect

The Sevier County Master Gardener intern class provides weekly horticulture instruction and prepares participants for volunteer work through UT Extension.

Schedule and location

The first class is February 2, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Sevier County Extension Office. The published schedule continues each Tuesday through April 27 with topics including botany, soils, propagation, vegetables, fruit, entomology, plant disease, turf, ornamentals, pollinators and wildlife.

Registration and planning

Admission follows an application and interview. The fee is $175 after acceptance. Confirm participation requirements, volunteer expectations and any schedule updates with the county office.
