What to expect

The Virginia Farm to Table Conference brings farmers, buyers, educators, planners, chefs and food-system practitioners together around resilient farms and healthy foods.

Schedule and location

The conference runs from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern on December 8 and 9, 2026, at Blue Ridge Community College in Weyers Cave. Topics include regenerative agriculture, soil health, heritage grains, regional value chains, orchards, vineyards and health in food systems.

Registration and planning

Registration costs $45 per day and closes at noon December 4. A separate Tuesday evening networking event costs $20.
